Overall average experience today. Order was not prepared correctly despite repeating instructions three times at both the speaker and window. Mgmt promises to make it right with coupons in the mail. Will upgrade to 4 stars when coupons arrive.

Close to work and home, good for a quick taco stop when no one wants to cook.

It was World taco day. Had to stop and enjoy before a movie.

I was very pleased with the customer service definitely awesome staff and best of all very fresh and good tasting food. I like that the young lady at the window put napkins along with a fork and straw in my bag and I forgot the ask for mild sauce and I really love my mild sauce they reminded me and I said heck yeah. :) so happy with this location they all deserve something special. :)

Food was sloppily prepared and they didnt prepare it as requested. Bad service. Would not recommend. You're better off going across town. They at least listen to their customers

Place is not usually busy, so that's why I like going here most times. Cleaner than all the other TB's in this town by far. The only issue I have is the fact that if I have any substitutes or additions/subtractions from my order, it is almost never acknowledged. I have to go back through the drive thru or inside to fix it.

It's a standard taco bell. The atmosphere is better than average tough. It's a cantina version without the alcohol. Staff are friendly, quick.

This taco bell is about average for Taco Bell. If you want some really good T-Bell, hit up the one in Marshall. The service is so friendly and they really give you a good portion for fillings in the tacos.

Got my food very fast & everyone was polite. Food tasted good too! The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because they forgot the cinnamon & sugar on my cinnamon twists. But, I didn't expect everything to be perfect with them just opening. Other then that it was a good experience! 🙂

Love it! Went through there with a super long drive thru line but it didn’t take long at all!! They were super fast, and the cashier understood my order and was very good at comprehending it in a fast manner. Definitely recommend this Taco Bell for Battle Creek!

They do not accept the T-Mobile coupons directly. They will ask us to create an online account and place an online order inorder to avail the offer which sucks. I hope they provide us an optimum solution which makes our life easier to redeem the coupons.

I really like Taco Bell and would be happy to give them a 5 but, I have yet to find one that is clean. Some are better than others. None so far are what I would call clean. Seldom can find a clean table let alone the rest of the restaurant. Sorry, no 5.

The new drive through experience was great. Audio with the clerk was excellent and a good volume and the new screens with the menu are practically an HD TV. The clerk herself was also good and patient as I deliberated on my order.

Drive thru staff was rude. Wanted me to read my order on a screen that I couldnt see as it was behind my sideview mirror. Asked attendant to read the order, she went thru it so fast I couldnt understand what was said. If it wasnt for my granddaughter, I wouldnt have went to Taco Bell anyway.

Food is always on point when it's the only thing open late you got to give it five stars

It was good but I do not recommend getting the nachos at any time they are very mushy 😔 by the time I got home (10 min).....

This is a fun, funky new building in the Meijer plaza at the intersection of Columbia and Capital. The service is much better than the other Taco Bell locations in the area. The food is exactly what you would expect at any Taco Bell. The staff is friendly and polite, and the drive-thru is pretty fast. Overall a pretty good place to grab a quick bite.

Very nice,new building the staff was on poin,they thought it was taking them to long for our order so they gave us coupons for free tacos

I ASK FOR EXTRA CHEESE OR MEAT ON EVERYTHING AND ONCE IN A BLUE MOON I ACTUALLY GET IT SINCE IVE WASTED SO MUCH OF MY MONEY TRYING TO GIVE YOUR LAZY EMPLOYEES A CHANCE TO FIX IT I WONT BE BACK TO ANY OF THEM! TRAIN YOUR WORKERS THEY ARE WORTHLESS!

Rated 1 star for now, 7-29-2020 due to extremely slow service late night after 11pm ( 30 mins with only 3 cars in front of me ) I've stopped here several nights this week. This is an image activated restaurant and if your this short staffedJessica is a manager and clearly unhappy and very rude!

The dining area is dirty. Couldn't find a clean table. The store is updated and looks nice, until you realize they don't take care of it and it just looks grungy. Not sanitary. Even the table we found that appeared clean was sticky... If I owned this franchise location I would be ashamed. And if I was corporate I would get on them for tarnishing taco bells name. They got our order right and the food tasted good! Can't knock that... If I had gone to the drive thru and hadn't seen the inside I would have given 5 stars for sure.

How hard is it to follow basic instructions? I have ordered via DoorDash twice and received incorrect food each time that this location has made it. I just got soft tacos when the receipt clearly stated that I wanted a CRUNCHY Tacos Combo. None of them had the cheese blend that I was charged extra for either. Last time, I ordered a regular Crunchy Tacos Combo and got a Crunchy Tacos Supreme Combo instead.

Solid staff and food, only complaint is it's hard to get a spot where the sun isn't blinding you. Restaurant is A+ otherwise

Went to the drive thru at 12:59 pm today and the cashier "Sheland"w extremely rude and threw the taco that was missing at me. She needs to be fired, I refuse to ever go near that restaurant after that experience. I called taco bells headquarters and they are investigating what happened, hope that evil and disrespectful woman is terminated quickly...

Our specialty order was perfect, it's nice to open your order when you get home and have it as you ordered.. I've never had a problem with Taco Bell.. Kudos to all the workers and management for the great training you do or they wouldn't be above all the rest🔥🔥🔥

It's the cleanest Taco Bell in Battle Creek and the food is very consistent in terms of quality. There's nothing exceptional about it but we're talking about Taco Bell here. You can get a ton of food for a cheap price.

Order 3 chicken burritos 2 of them in pics. Where's the chicken or rice photo2 is how I got it. Photo 1 that pile of rice has no chicken. My nacho box had no chicken all beans. Someone should be fired! Will not be coming back anytime soon. If not at all. Last time your sorry management or employee's rip me off.
